Scripture.

 ‭‭ ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭ ‭‭‭‭ ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭Proverbs 29:18 KJV‬
 "Where there is no vision, the people perish: But he that keepeth the law, happy is he".

 Message: 
 The word restrain means "to prevent (someone or something) from doing something; keep under control or within limits". Vision places a divine restrain on a visionary, you cannot just do everything that others do nor go to everywhere others go. Any visionary who does not subscribe to divine restrain, who does not have self control may not see the fulfilment of their vision. The restrains that comes with vision comes to protect both the vision and the visionary. 

 Vision is symbolic to pregnancy, a pregnant woman cannot go everywhere, eat everything or do everything. A doctor will warn a pregnant woman on things she should not do. Though those matters are not sin, but because of that which she carries, she will not be able to do everything she used to do or eat everything she used to eat. Some pregnant women react to certain food and may even vomit, just because of what they carry. From our anchor scripture, people perish when there is no restrain. Some things are not sin but they will be weight on your vision (Heb. 12v1).

 The NIV translation of our anchor passage says, ‭"Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction"(Prov. 29v18). There are restrains that the responsibility of vision places on you. The scriptures says, "..blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction".
Many times, God may not explain to you the reason He is placing such restrain on you, but be sure it is for your good. Many years ago, God told Kenneth Copeland to stop reading news papers, He told Pst Kumuyi to stop watching television etc. 

 Who are we that God will be explaining Himself to us? Since about 7 years or so, God told Bishop Oyedepo not to step out of the borders of Nigeria. That instruction came immediately they bought a new jet, they have jets & helicopters but he is under authority and restrain. He moves around Nigeria with his helicopter, but has never stepped out of the borders of this country. Be careful to align with the restrains that comes with your vision and assignment. You shall fulfil you days, you will not be cut short before your time in Jesus name.
