 Scripture.
 ‭‭ ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭ ‭‭‭‭ ‭‭‭‭‭1 Samuel 1:11 KJV‬
[11] And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head".

 Message: 
  It is important to note that God can give vision to a person through a covenant or an agreement. Hannah couldn't give birth for whatever reason best known to God, He went through victimisation and mockery from his husbands second wife.

 Hannah made a covenant with God that if he can give her a son, that child will be given to God all the days of his life. And God granted that request through the seal of his servant, Eli. The implication of that is, God gave vision to a child called Samuel through Hannah, just because of that agreement. 

 I have a pastor friend. His mother could not conceive for years after marriage. Her husband got married to another woman and that one gave birth immediately. My friends mum went to pray and made a covenant with God that, if God gave her a child, she will give him back to God. Many times, God is waiting and looking for opportunities to send certain gifts and visionaries to the earth.

 She conceived immediately and gave birth to a son. The son became a business man but the call of God was soo heavy over him. Today, he is in ministry and God is helping him exceptionally. There are children like that, whose vision was provoked by a parents covenant or agreement with God.
